Program
Enhances Your Success
On a Beverly Hills Weight Loss & Wellness®
plan, you will eat grocery store-bought foods while losing
your weight. You can lose 2-5 pounds per week. Moderate exercising
is recommended but not mandatory to complete our well balanced
four-part program.
Here is how it
works:
Step
One: Pre Diet Analysis
First we chart your vital signs and record your medical history.
From this information, we provide the weight loss program
that is right for you, and we begin to chart your progress.
Step Two:
The Period Of Weight Loss
Through a well-balanced nutritional plan, vitamin
and mineral supplements, and proper counseling, you will get
down to your desired weight. Behavioral guidance will help
you develop new habits and take on the attitudes of a slender
person.
Six-Week Stabilization
Now we gradually increase your caloric intake by adding some
of the restricted foods back into your diet. We'll keep doing
this until you reach the caloric level that should maintain
your desired weight.
Maintenance
If at any time during the following year you gain back up
to 10 pounds, you are invited to return to the clinic, free
of charge, for the help you need to get back down to your
desired weight. The rest is up to you. |
